Andreas Gursky, german fotographer is still doing more than a great job... unfortunately his artwork is not available for the most of us - his work "99 cent" was sold at sotheby's for 2,26 million dollars! Gursky is mixing reality with illusion, trueness with fake. his work is more than only "fotos" - the artist creates a fictitious verity. Gursky generates artfully patterns, which contain a very oppressive view on globalisation. He arranges different true spotlights so perfectly into each other - that hours seems to be seconds. his artwork makes you gawp!
